On this date in 1981, The Chefs released their second single, "24 Hours". On one version, it was backed by "Thrush". On another, it was backed by "Someone I Know" and "Let's Make Up". The Brighton, England post punk band released two singles before changing their name to Skat and releasing one more record. They disbanded in 1982.
